Sam Row is a 19+ year real estate veteran with more than 1,500 career sales and a reputation built on exceptional client service, strong industry relationships, and a commitment to protecting private property rights. Licensed in Illinois since 2007 and Missouri since 2015, Sam has dedicated his career to helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals through open communication, skilled negotiation, and a client-first approach.

Local Expertise

Born and raised in Monroe County and now residing in St. Louis City, Sam offers a unique perspective on the real estate markets on both sides of the Mississippi River. His local market knowledge and regional expertise allow him to effectively guide clients on both sides of the river of the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

Industry Leadership

A passionate advocate for the real estate industry, Sam has served the Southwestern Illinois Board of Realtors (SIBR) in numerous leadership positions, including Director, Vice President, and two-time Board President due to leading a merger with another Realtor Association. He currently serves as Chairman of the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC), which supports candidates who advocate for private property rights and homeownership (regardless of party affiliation). He has been a Major Investor in RPAC for 9+ years and is well on his way into being inducted into the National Association of Realtors RPAC Hall of Fame.

Awards & Recognition

In recognition of his leadership and service, Sam was selected in 2026 as one of only 12 Realtors statewide to participate in the Illinois Realtors Leadership Academy from a membership of more than 45,000 Realtors. Sam was also named the 2025 Realtor of the Year by SIBR and voted by his peers as the favorite Realtor to work with as a cooperating broker. These local top honors are only awarded to 1 individual a year out of almost 2000 SIBR members.

Brokerage Leadership

In addition to his sales career, Sam is an owner and the Operating Principle of Keller Williams Pinnacle, the number one brokerage in St. Clair & Monroe Counties, Illinois. He also serves as Managing Broker of the Columbia & Mt. Vernon IL branches along with the Missouri division of Keller Williams Pinnacle, helping oversee more than 130 agents while teaching, mentoring, and developing future industry leaders.

In 2022, Sam founded The Sam Row Collective, a team that consistently ranks among the top-producing teams in the region and regularly closes more than 100 homes annually. He remains committed to continuing education through Keller Williams, Illinois Realtors, and National Association of Realtors events, ensuring his clients benefit from the latest marketing strategies, technology, and industry insights.

Personal Life

When not serving clients, advocating for the betterment of the Real Estate industry through volunteerism or mentoring agents, Sam enjoys spoiling his dogs, golf cart cruising in his home neighborhood of Benton Park, camping along the crystal-clear rivers of Southern Missouri, and beaching it up in Southwestern Florida.
