Sam Row

Sam brings to you over 18 years of experience in the local Real Estate scene and has consistently ranked in the top 10 Realtors for sales in the Southwestern Board of Realtors since launching the Sam Row Collective in 2022.  Sam has been licensed in Illinois since 2007 (upgrading his license to being a Managing Broker  in 2020) and been licensed in Missouri since 2015 (upgrading his license to being a Broker in 2020).  He has made it his personal priority to give all buyers and sellers an enjoyable sales process through his open style of communication and commitment to advocating for his client’s best interest. 

Sam has been a Major Donor to the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) for 8 years.  RPAC donates to local, state, and federal candidates that support protecting private property owner rights (and ALL RPAC funds raised are split 50/50 between both major political parties). Sam is an achieving member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Illinois Realtors (IR), St Louis Realtors, Egyptian Board of Realtors (EBOR), Lake of the Ozarks Realtors, and Southwestern Illinois Board of Realtors (SIBR).  Sam currently serves as the Past president of SIBR after serving two consecutive terms as President and being an integral part of a merger with another local Realtor Association.  

As a result of Sam's dedication to volunteerism and advocacy for Realtors protecting private property owner's rights, he was awarded the 2024 "Realtor of the Year Award" out of almost 2000 members of SIBR along with being voted by his fellow Realtor peers/members as "Favorite Realtor to Work with as Cooperating Broker".  Sam believes and breathes the local Real Estate market and secures MANY sales because of his strong, trusted relationships with agents from ALL area brokerages.  In an industry that can be cut throat, his approach to cultivating & maintaining strong personal relationships with local Realtors has been an integral part of his success in the industry.  

Sam was born & raised in Monroe County, IL, currently resides in St Louis City, and serves as an Owner/Operating Principal of KW Pinnacle's main office in O'Fallon IL. In addition, he serves as the Managing Broker of the Columbia IL, Mt Vernon IL, & Missouri office of KW Pinnacle guiding, tracking, and coaching fellow agents he is responsible for.  His robust and expansive career duties truly make him (and his team) uniquely qualified to effectively interpret current market conditions on both sides of the river in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.  Sam commits to traveling to major Real Estate conferences hosted by NAR, IR, & Keller Williams  to improve, learn, and embrace the most current marketing techniques & technology to implement the latest & most effective strategies to serve buyers & sellers on both sides of the river.
